This place is amazing-from the receptionist to the therapists. First off, it has great energy and good vibes. You can tell the staff enjoy working there and they’re all positive and seem happy. The receptionist, Felicia is amazing. She’s incredibly kind, and very charismatic, and so willing to help and go the extra mile. It was a big disappointment having physical therapy at that location. I followed PT “specialist” advises and in one of the moves he told me to do, my injury got REALLY worsen. He asked me to kick a soccer ball and this hurt my quadríceps. I was on the ground immediately because of a great amount of pain. In my particular case unfortunately I have to say this: I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN! On my last visit I walked in just fine. I walked out in pain and limping! Always felt welcomed here. Marcus took time to explain the details of my therapy. He was very friendly and always asked about my life outside of the physical therapy session. Highly recommend!

I have been receiving both pre and postoperative physical therapy at the Ohio State Sports Medicine Center in Hilliard for a shoulder injury. My physical therapist Mitch Therriault has formulated a program that meets my specific needs to return to swimming and alpine climbing. As a nurse with over 40 years of medical experience I could not have asked for better care from Mitch as well as all of the staff. I have been a patient here for around a month and both the facility and staff have greatly exceeded expectations. I am rehabbing an injury that I have unfortunately had before on another leg and I feel that I am ahead of where I was with my previous injury in the same time frame.
