I am writing to express my disappointment with the mismanagement I experienced today. I had an appointment with the orthopedic department scheduled for 1:00 pm. I arrived at 12:45 pm and provided my information at the front desk. To my surprise, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, even though I had never received any notification.
