It was my first visit. Dr. Minna is very good. I was impressed with not having to wait long. She was very thorough. I’m glad my coworker recommended this practice.
What can I say other than WOW. I began seeing Dr Gotfried more than a year ago for HRT and gender affirming care. This practice is efficient where it matters and yet they let you know that you matter and are seen. They use “My Chart” effectively and you can chat with the care team in between visits. I highly recommend this practice and The Ohio State University’s Gender Affirming Program completely! 🤗
The staff was fantastic, my nurse was absolutely phenomenal, and Dr. Ravi exceeded expectations. I felt like everyone sincerely cared about my health and the concerns I had. Cannot recommend enough!
