OSU Westerville is a really great location, awesome staff, and great experience.
Dr. Alexander is one of best doctor’s I’ve encountered. He takes his time, his thorough, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. All staff members were great. Highly recommend!
I like the nurse practitioner that I see but the office is getting worse and worse. They rescheduled me in March because they had an issue with personnel. Instead of pushing a week or two they moved it to September. I finally see my practitioner because my sugar is out of control. They take tests and say they will call me that day and start treatment. They don't and now it might be until monday before they start. Guess i have to spend $1000 for an emergency room visit. I wish I could of been seen in March and started proper ... read more
