Always very cheerful and helpful. Support staff is outstanding. My PCP is great and very accessible. Only complaint hasn’t anything to do with my primary care physician or internal medicine. Navigating the message system is difficult. Particularly, finding the right person to contact for scheduling an appointment is difficult. Then if someone calls you back and you can’t answer the phone quickly enough, you may not be able to call them back.
Dr. Goist is thorough and takes his time with you. Very personable.
As always, Dr. Caligiuri was wonderful. She listens carefully with compassion to address issues. The entire staff is excellent.
