I came to the urgent care here and had the worst experience of malpractice. I fell hurt my ankle/foot. I came in not being able to walk or bear weight with my foot swollen 3 times the size and in excruciating amount of pain. I am ignored at check in by a male employee who was busy talking to another employee complaining about patients. I finally get checked in and Im told Im seeing a medical doctor by the nurse. He was not a doctor he was a PA. I was told that someone like me wasn’t allowed pain medication even though I just... read more
Lightning fast check-in process. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Therapist is most caring and conscientious.
Everyone very friendly and efficient!! They definitely made me feel comfortable and welcome :)
