They’re pretty great as far as customer service goes. My only concern with them is that they had a POS system update last summer which renders my FSA card completely useless, since it doesn’t have a chip for tap technology. No one has been able to troubleshoot this effectively so now every time I have to pay out of pocket & submit receipts for reimbursement. Running as credit doesn’t work either.
