Terrible therapy session
Went in for a stress test. These folks are very kind and professional. I was told in advance what to expect and my appointment was started on time and ended on time. This is as good as it gets!!!
Canned AI replies shows you how much they "care"... Terrible, faceless mess. There was a 15 minute line to stand in wrapping around the lobby to check in. 3 employees sitting at a desk chatting with one another, 1 employee pointlessly moving the line around... And at least 5 empty desks to check people in. Someone thought this place would be an efficient design. The actual result is terribly inefficient and dehumanizing. I am very concerned about the care my family received at OSU Hospital Urgent Care on August 21, 2025. My 18 month old daughter was handled roughly by a nurse Kim, causing her to choke and vomit. This experience felt unsafe and unprofessional. Young children deserve compassionate, respectful, and safe care. I hope the hospital addresses this.
