I had a very disappointing experience here today. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, and the lead was also very friendly. The nurse who took my son’s vitals was wonderful—she was kind, professional, patient, and took her time explaining everything to me. I truly appreciated how she listened to my concerns and made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Jones was very different.
