Unbelievably horrible experience with their billing department today. I can only image how horrific it would be for people that don’t have the money to pay or just barely enough. Or those that are not willing to question unjust practices. I received a bill in the mail recently that lined up with what was quoted by my doctor and the person that checked me in. The nurses were polite and I was seen on time. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with the consulting doctor. He checked a text on his phone while talking with me, and I felt as if my questions were an annoyance - his manner was rather dismissive.
Osu Outpatient New Albany has been AMAZING! Not only is it trendy & comfortable, the staff are on point. Physical therapy, imaging and family medicine all in one. My pain is being managed, My care team always responds back promptly & my doc (Anthony Nguyen)reaches out. I am very well taken care of.
