Fantastic experience! Kind, incredibly knowledgeable, professional in every way. The staff made the entire experience easy and pleasant. They went the extra mile to help me choose frames, make sure the fit was great, and explain the entire process. When my glasses came in, their attention to detail was the icing on the cake. I left with my glasses on, confident that they were perfect in every way. Bravo to the entire staff. Really, really good people! I recommend Ohio State Optometry Upper Arlington 100 percent!!
Poor customer service. I first filled out an online appointment request and didn’t hear back. I then called a week later and left a message with my return number for them to call me back about getting an appointment scheduled and still nobody has responded.
Just adequate. There lab always has issues. Could be my prescription
