I usually have great experiences at the New Albany location but my most recent was less than satisfactory. I had several appointments in the building over the course of a few hours. I dealt with 3 quite rude receptionists. One of them on the 4a desk was having a complete personal phone call on her cell phone while trying to assist me by only using hand motions. Very unprofessional.
Nurse was great, friendly and open to my questions. Dr Odackal wonderful as always and good questions and answer session to set up my future treatment plan. Thanks for really listening and caring about what the other doctors are helping me too
My experience was so much better than I was expecting! I was afraid I wouldn't be able to breath, but I could, and the girl testing me was so calm and reassuring.
