My technician name was Doug and he was Absolutely Amazing!! He talked through All my testing making sure I understood and was comfortable with what I was doing!! Doug was very happy and upbeat!! Doug was very patient with me when explaining how to do each test. I had to have 4 test back to back done that was Very tiring for me but Doug was very patient helpful and kind!! Doug is definitely a plus to O.S.U.New Albany Center!!
No waiting. Very good at explaining process and making sure I was comfortable at all times. One of the best experiences I have had with OSU. The pulmonary department has been a very positive experience in the years I have been a patient there.
Staff and Doctors are awesome.
Dr o sees my husband and is very understanding and patient appreciate the whole group.
