I called to make sure that they did blood work for the Ohio State wexner medical center doctors and I wasn't sure of her answer so I repeated myself and she was rude. She answered me back with a harsh aggravated tone. This made me feel unsettled and unsure of the rest of the environment there so I decided I don't want to go there....

Outstanding blood draw!
I went to the Hilliard lab for a blood draw for two separate conditions with two separate doctors. I was very Specific that I needed blood work for these two separate physicians. I talked to the Front desk about it, I talked with the staff in the back about it. I talked with the phlebotomist who drew my blood about it, and I was reassured. I gave them my doctors names. I've been here a handful of times. On my first visit I arrived around 8:45 am and waited a half hour for blood work. Every other time I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Everyone is efficient and professional.
