Enjoy coming to this location. The infusion rooms are spacious and the staff here are top notch.
The nursing teams of the OSU Non-Oncology Infusion Clinic are the best of the best. They are thorough, compassionate and committed to the patient’s comfort. I am grateful for this clinic and those that keep it running smoothly all day. I do wish it were possible to block out the hallway lights and lights to neighboring rooms to help reduce migraine pain.
Every nurse at the OSU New Albany infusion clinic is terrific. They are professional and efficient and make sure I am comfortable. The behind the scenes personnel are great, too. Although I have never met them, they make sure everything is in place to make sure my appointments run smoothly.
They treat me like a queen. I feel pampered and cared for. They watch me like a hawk to make sure that I’m having no adverse effects.
The staff is exceptional.
