If you would have asked me 2 weeks ago at my 1st visit I would have rated it a 5 but yesterday was horrible. The nurse was awful. She stuck me then got mad, pulled the catheter then had another nurse stick me again. Im now in extreme pain and bruised. She hurt me yesterday so bad I was physically crying. We have all already been through so much and we don't want to have to experience poor experiences in a center that we will in some cases have to visit for the rest of our lives
