Highly recommend. Friendly staff and very prompt. Coming from a Cleveland Clinic GI patient, this is the second best place!! Highly recommend M. Verhoff. She takes her time addressing my concerns and takes my opinions into helping with my personal care. 10/10

I have been an IBD patient for 48 years and started my journey with the treatment and management of Crohns in Central Ohio when no one even knew what Crohns disease was. While OSU IBD Center may not be perfect, who and what is? Imo they are the best choice, an option for IBD diagnostics, care, and treatment. When I ask a question or concern to be sent to the nurse and team I ask for a call back instead of a my chart and they do it anyway. I've complained numerous times and nothing changes. I even complained to patient experience and the guy acted like he didn't care. All he said was well sometimes its more efficient for them to send messages and I told him not for me my questions are too detailed and to just message them back and request a call back.
