They canceled my appointment 2 minutes early ! ! ! (You read that right, it only takes two minutes to notify !!! Looking at the attached screenshots, they asked me to arrive at 8:45am, and then told me to cancel at 8:43am.) The next available time will be in 3 months! Wait time is horrendous. Nursing staff is absolutely clueless
Highly recommend. Friendly staff and very prompt. Coming from a Cleveland Clinic GI patient, this is the second best place!! Highly recommend M. Verhoff. She takes her time addressing my concerns and takes my opinions into helping with my personal care. 10/10
They were very sweet and kind answered all questions
