The receptionist was somewhat distracted, unlike the girl at check-in, who was very attentive, composed, and professional. After that I waited quite a while in the waiting room. The first nurse I met in the MIR unit was professional, cordial, and more engaged than her two colleagues. All in all, it was a very good experience.
From parking, at the reception desk and into the Imaging Outpatient area everyone was professional and welcoming. Thank you all for making my experience pleasant!
