Drove from out of town. Easy to get to. Close parking. Staff and Technicians were very professional and courteous. Gentleman at the entrance/information area was very friendly and ready to help. Large waiting area for family. Would recommend to anyone.
I originally started at the urgent care downstairs a few days prior to my appointment scheduled here. Downstairs they were so amazing and helpful that it made me hopeful for my appointment and the care I would be receiving. However, I was very misled. The check in process was great, but I was taken back and evaluated by an APRN-CNP, Beth Short. Though I was referred here, she did no evaluation whatsoever outside of routine checks of vital signs.
