Dr. Otto is an outstanding physician. He has assisted me for 10+ years. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Ford is great. She is thorough and takes time to answer questions and explain. She performed both of my cataract removals and I couldn't be more pleased.
I believe that it was totally unprofessional to have to wait and be blind in my left eye for another 5 weeks, waiting for surgery. This is driving me crazy. I should have been referred to someone who could have done the surgery sooner.
The staff members are knowledgeable, professional, and clear when answering questions. Overall, the customer service is excellent. My only concern was the long wait time to see the doctor.
