Ridiculous. 15 minutes late and they won't see me. You know how long I've been made to wait during my 2 previous visits. I live over an hour away and I hit a lot of traffic. It's only the biggest city in Ohio. I need to to reschedule? Not happening.
Very nice call 1st time for me. I would say very well done might make things go a little better.
My wife is being treated by a team at the Cleveland Clinic which referred her to the Havener Institute for an on-going consultation and treatment.
Even though the office was very busy and running behind the staff of nurses worked together to find a room to do my intake and were very cheerful and reassuring. Thank you for staying positive in a stressful situation.
