Dr Wyne is the best Endocrinologist for my diabetes that I've ever had. I've had a constant problem of always running out of my insulin because I was never prescribed a decent amount, and she's made it so I'll never run out again!
I spoke with a representative named Shawnie or Shaunie (I did not get spelling of her name) who does the appointments and services in other areas, if you can get this message to her and her manager she was very kind polite and patient, she definitely deserves a raise. People like her make the world a better place!
Used to go here! Worst Endo Dr EVER! Because of this place and lack of proper monitoring my Graves’ disease got so bad it could have killed me and now I am deformed for life because of lack of quality care I developed Thyroid eye. Constantly over medicated to the point of causing serious risks! Even now I have left over bills from them for the worst care!!! I’m with Ohio Health now. I could go on and on about what happened to me here and it’s SHOCKING!
They helpfully neglected to tell me that I needed an education class before I could renew my pump. I now have an out of warranty insulin pump along with needing an education class before I can get it renewed. Thanks. You're literally my provider you should know your requirements for pump renewal and not leave it up to me to stumble my way through.
