Everyone was very friendly and helpful
I give this a three bc although Dr. Steinman was quite good-the person working at the front desk of the fourth floor was very rude. Rolling her eyes being short with me she huffed and puffed. She needs a lesson in customer service for sure. I only hope someone who may be elderly and could be confused doesn’t encounter this rude person. When I left she was just staring at her phone. I wonder how you get a job being paid to be rude to people and look at your phone?
