Incredibly rude and impossible to deal with weekend nursing staff. Called to get an update on my Father (age 82) w/Covid. Nurse told me she could only answer “technical questions “ and then told me she didn’t have to talk to anyone. Covid is bad enough but couple that with the Nursing staff on Tower 8 and you are in trouble.

This place was awful, the doctors were disorganized and my aunt's case manager was terrible. If it wasn't for the excellent nursing staff I'd give this place Zero stars. Her case manager, Candy, made several important decisions about my aunt's care without consulting her or me. It caused a lot of stress anxiety for her that was totally unnecessary. RecommendedI would highly recommend The Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center. They worked hard to understand all our equine has been through and all of his medical history. They treated him so gentle even when he was a bit scared. I can not speak highly enough about the entire personnel that helped us. I would highly recommend taking your animals to them.

Examine staff"s cultural competency and awareness. "Taking classes" does not equate to competency. There is currently (1/1/21) a black woman in ER care who is being discriminated against and had security called on her for advocating on her own behalf for a black doctor/nurse. These incidents are NOT acceptable, and any lack of acknowledgement is compliant to racial inequity and racism

Neglected! That is how I feel. I was scheduled (9/9/20) for induced labor due to my high-risk pregnancy ( 43 years old). My OBGYN Dr. K. Strafford has seen me since 2009. She scheduled my induced labor, and during the 5 days of struggle and pain Dr. Strafford never showed up until my discharge day. During 30 hours of induced labor, I caught an infection after multiple health providers checked in my dilation, high blood pressure, and I was losing it. RecommendedI highly recommend OSU Vet Medical Center! One of my dogs began having cluster seizures and we went straight to osu at the advice of our primary care vet. Dr. Potts and the staff immediately took Lattie under their care to get her better. She was well taken care of and Dr. Potts kept me updated frequently while my dog was hospitalized. The costs, procedures, results and everything were explained to me. I'm grateful for Dr. Potts and the staff for taking such great care of my fur baby during such a scary time!
