We were scheduled to see Dr. Schoo at 1pm got there at 12:50 drove 25 minutes to get there. Got checked in very busy and got to our spot at 1:05 after all that we sat there until 2pm no one said anything to us we watched people go in and leave while we still sat there! Finally after 2 I went back to the first desk and asked the lady who was very nice if she knew anything! Dr Curtis is kind and caring Dr. He's always willing to help his patients in any way he can.
The audiologist was friendly and efficient with the follow-up audiogram (post-surgery) and the APRN-CNP, who I have seen once before, was gracious and informative about the pros and cons of a CROS hearing aid.
