The facility was impressive, the staff friendly yet efficient and my examination experience was excellent. Whoever trained the team deserves a medal. Everyone was unfailingly upbeat and friendly. No perfunctory interactions or depersonalization of the client.
Dr. Brooks is so wonderful! I did not feel rushed at all and my concerns/questions were listened to and addressed in a professional but also in a way I could understand and implement suggested changes. Nurse Kiara is wonderful also! She made me feel at ease during my first ever allergy appointment! Truly could not recommend them more!
