Seriously everyone here is amazing. The lady at the front desk on floor 4 for ENT is always so kind. Both the ENT and allergist that I saw were attentive and friendly. They walked me through every step to ensure I was feeling better. I highly recommend coming here !
I've seen over ten ENT Doctors and specialists it's unreal that Doctors just don't care about their patients like Doctors use to. I lost my because of sinus issues. I know you can't go back in time, but I sure wish I could. But if I would have seen Doctor Otto I know I would still have my eye. I've seen nothing but good things from Dr. Otto! The staff and Dr Otto are awesome! My post op visit was handled with great care! I would recommend this facility to anyone that has sinus issues.
