Every experience I have had with this department has been extremely good! The people there are very dedicated to finding solutions that work they are very accommodating and knowledgeable. They have really gone out of their way to help me with my chair needs!
I have been a patient of this clinic for a few years, and the PT, Matthew Yankie, was very helpful in addressing issues with my manual chair. I called today to request an appointment to discuss an issue with the wheel on my manual chair. I was informed that I would have to wait first for an appointment with a PM&R provider, and then schedule an appointment with Matt and chair maintenance afterwards.
