Rude and disrespectful
I appreciate that it was easy and fast to be seen, however, the nurse and doctor I saw didn't listen to the symptoms I was describing and listed something entirely different. Then, when I told them what I was experiencing they said, "I bet it's COVID." We did the swab, and ten minutes later they said, "yep, it's COVID." However, the test results in MyChart show that the test was clearly negative, which I confirmed by sending a message to my care team.
