I just had a terrible experience at this urgent care. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:10 and arrived prior to 5. I was taken back to a room and had my vitals taken. I was told that a doctor would be with me soon. No doctor ever came, and the nurse never came back to give any updates. An hour later I had a MyChart message on my phone that I had an appointment for an X-ray at 6:20. I went to the nurse's station and they said, "yeah, we'll let you know when radiology is ready." Staff was very good. Friendly and efficient. Doctor was spot on.
Check in experience was fine. Doctor was dismissive of my partner's symptoms and said "most people just take ibuprofen and don't even come in." I had to chime in before she believed him, then he was given fluids and we sat in the room for three hours. Staff kept coming in and leaving the door open behind them, dropping vials of blood, etc. Lack of communication and wait times are ridiculous. I only gave it two stars for the front desk employee. Dr. Niktash was fantastic! He had great bedside manner and was very meticulous in caring for and stitching my leg. Very attentive and answered all of our questions.
