This has been the absolute worst experience ever. They are the most incompetent, overpriced shysters I know. Horrible customer service and communication. My husband had a heart attack and the doctor preferred a sleep study. The cardiologist had to order it 4 times before they would even acknowledge the order and start the process. 10 months and 15 thousand dollars later we still don’t have anything. The people here are fairly nice. Just a warning, they are crazy expensive. Ask ahead what your costs are going to be. Several hundred for a 15 minute Skype call. $700 for an at home sleep test, about $1000 for a CPAP.
