Very happy with my rental experience! The owner Zach was very quick to respond to my questions. I contacted him on a Friday evening and we did some back and forth questions then he sent me the application. The whole process was done from my phone and completed within an hour or so including questions. The locker was clean and property is well taken care of. Highly recommend if looking for storage in the area!
Zach and his team is amazing! He is very fast and extremely helpful with even just deciding if and when a storage unit is right for you! I feel comfortable doing business with them!
Got a storage at this unit in Sandusky, Zach was super nice and very helpful, I was not sure what size I needed so he sent me examples of what the sizes of the unit was, and also a video of how to do everything, I was very thankful because not a lot of people go out there way to help, I highly recommend!!
Was at my breaking point for storage of all my party supplies. I called Zach and within 1 hour I had access to a storage and transferring my items. I can not say enough good things about this company and Zach. I was bringing a U-Haul back to town and was 2.5 hours away when I realized that I needed a storage unit.
