We had made several calls to different storages in the area but nobody was picking up so I left messages. Zach called us back and he explained th unit sizes available and how we could get everything done over the phone and papers signed over the computer. It didn't take very long and we had a unit, pass code copies of all papers needed. Zach was so very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If you need storage just call them first. Our unit is clean and dry. Rent was in line or better compared to other places, without additional fees or teaser rent rates. Honestly I was pretty much sold after hearing the voicemail message and after talking to the owner I was very pleased to have found this place. This has been a genuinely good experience which is so rare.

I needed a storage unit quickly and the process with ohio self storage was quick and easy. Zach was extra terrific helping me with excellent service and always was sure that I gained access as well as he went over and beyond my expectations and experience..I definitely would recommend ohio self storage units to anyone..the price and size of the unit was adequate to my own situation and needs..call them first before calling anyone else..I think you will be very satisfied like myself..very polite and professional individual
