Zach was very responsive and helpful when I needed to quickly find a storage unit. He has even reached out to see how things were going.

Zach was wonderful, so easy to rent. The facility was clean and ready to fill.
Zach was responsive, always available and very accommodating during our move in (2 units). Where as other storage facilities did not allow POD’s on their properties, even temporarily for offloading, Zach at Ohio Self Storage assisted by finding the closest units to where our Pods were positioned allowing for easier transfer. Facilities are easy access, clean.
Zach is professional and with assisting through the process of renting a unit. Units are located in a safe area and easily accessible. Highly recommended.
