Since the new management took over, this branch seems unwilling to provide change to businesses in the mall, even when those businesses have accounts with the bank. When I asked why, I was simply told, “It’s management’s instructions,” with no further explanation.
Great service by the staff and always with a great attitude!! I would highly recommend it.
Working with Pat to open a account here was fast and easy. The entire staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Everyone was polite and professional. Pat, my personal banker, walked me through the steps of opening a account and asked me excellent questions to make sure I chose the right one for me.
