My wife and I were inquiring about product lines. I called and spoke with Grace, she was informative and knowledgeable. We met and everything she said was accurate. She valued our time and even called the next day to make sure we didn't need any more help. Great service and all the rest of the staff pitched in to help us accomplish our goal in a timely manner. This is definitely our new bank of choice thanks to Grace!
Very frustrating that they are closed on Saturday’s. Makes it impossible to go inside when needed as most people are working during the weekday.
This is such a great bank. Employees are friendly and courteous. Very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
Call there last week The lady there did not recognize my voice I asked her how many ladies work there she immediately became offensive started reading me the riot act about how they had somebody stalking them up there on the telephone then she started becoming apologetic I have bobbled back and forth I used the branch up in Parma heights went in there to get $100 bills and could only muster up 60 I don't know what to say anymore The service in these banks is definitely tooking a hit I guess I find another bank again
