If you want your card shut down randomly every 3 months this is a great bank. If you want to not be able to login to your online account 4/7 days of the week, this is your bank. If you’d like to only be able to access your money sometimes this is your bank. Flagstar is the most useless bank I’ve ever used in my entire life. You’d be better off saving bottle caps and trading maple leaves than using this bank
I was informed by this branch representative that it's unknown if Flagstar was still viable as a bank. I assisted and assured by other branches that problems were only with phone system.
