I transferred here from a terrible experience from our previous bank and a referral. Our beginning experience is nothing short of ridiculous. It's been almost 2 months now waiting in credit cards with epic failures. Misspelling of names, incorrect mailing address, failure of adding my spouse with nothing but excuses. Buyer beware, they use a different bank ( First National Bank of Omaha) to get your cards from. Their debit cards are issued by the same bank. We received them quickly without any issues.
