I've been going to this branch for over 15 years. The staff is fantastic!
This bank does not deserve the 5 stars. Atm broken for weeks. Can't get a new debit card while keeping my broken one which btw takes weeks. Oh and you want a next day transfer that will be a fee. Trash bank.
Five stars are not enough for the great service we receive at the Westlake branch! Craig and Justin have helped us multiple times with banking questions. They always take the extra time needed. It’s refreshing to see employees there with longevity. It makes me trust this bank!
I GET A FRIENDLY GREETING EVERY TIME I ENTER THE BANK. I'm regular enough that staff and I call each other by name. Whichever teller helps me is always accurate and efficient.
The Westlake branch of Flagstar has the nicest, most patient staff. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had amazing service with this branch and highly recommend them. Their customer service is out of this world!
