Abruptly hung up on me when they deemed my repair job "too small." I can only hope they had a bad day after that.
Total roof replaced in 2017 . It looked good at first. The following spring we had bad leak into sunporch. They came out and said old aluminum siding was the fault but offered to tar the gaps and problem seemed solved. This fall we had a squirrel push into soffit and enter the attic. A young local man trapped the squirrel and tried to stop up the soffet hole. It happened again so I called A roofer to come patch the soffet. See the attached picture of a less than 6year old roof installed by Ohio Roofing & Siding in 2019. This is what we found underneath after a skylight started leaking; further investigations found more disasters. Ohio Roofing & Siding is a disgrace of a company.
