Hired Ohio Roof Masters to replace my roof October 2025. This is the craftsmanship. I've been trying to keep in contact with them to come and make repairs but I keep getting told they are too busy. Mark has known about these issues and has kept saying he will fix it, he can make it look better, etc. It was poorly done when he finished up last year and we have made him aware. Called Ohio Roof Masters for a leak over our garage. They came out same week, found the issue fast, and patched it the same day. Honest quote, no extra charges later. It’s been raining hard since and no more leaks. Great local company, real pros who care about their work.
I dealt with Marc on getting my quote and everything set up. His team showed up and took care of everything in a timely basis. My neighbor was impressed enough that he got with Marc and had the same service done on his house as well. Payment was electronic and easy to manage. I would recommend.
