I purchased a home in December of 2025. Both my name and the name of my spouse was to be on the title. This information was given to Ohio Real Title. When I finally did receive a copy of the title only my name was on it. I have been emaling, phone calling and received nothing but very polite excuses and "oh yes we'll take care of that...not sure why we didn't put both your names on it..." and yet NOTHING has been done to resolve this situation.
