forces you to sign document agreeing to be spammed by insurance agents (probably for kickbacks) or you cannot complete your paperwork. i spoke to them directly about NOT doing this. do NOT sell my information - and they did it anyways. very angry as i use my personal number for WORK!!

If I could rate this company with negative stars I would. This is a HORRIBLE company. Not only did they never communicate with us during our home buying process, only if I reached out to them did I receive information, but they made me sign my closing documents twice. They sent me the wrong closing documents, a mistake that was made by their incompetent workers, and tried to blame it on the lender. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I had a horrible experience with these people the man we worked with stuck his nose up in the air the moment he saw us walking in the door. Buying a house is supposed to be exciting your supposed to be happy but this man completely ruined our day he was cocky and arrogant maybe even racist (my husband is Hispanic). We recently closed on a property, where they charged us fees that were thought were ridiculous, however when we went to sign the notary at the time said that we could sign there and then call the office later to argue these fees. Mind you we had called two times the week before and left multiple messages with no response. After we did sign however the office explained the fees, but they also said "If we weren't happy with the fees we wouldn't have to sign". Not sure why they are rated A+. When I went to the office on closing day to sign papers, the paperwork had 2 different closing dates with the important date being 3 days later so my closing date was postponed by 3 days. Today, over a month later, I received an email from them about the selling of this property which I just purchased. When I questioned them about this, they just said to disregard the email because it was for a different property that the same attorney was involved with. Not even an apology.

Ohio Real Title Agency was working for us to close real estate transaction. 1. They never bother review the Purchase document until we point out some issue during the closing document. 2. Buyer did not put down earnest money from day one, Ohio Real Title never bother to check and inform Seller or Agent. 3. Seller even signed all the closing document, and then the deal fall through, then find out no earnest money at all from title company. It just waste time and money for the company. 4. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t call you back, left multiple voicemails been 3 days and nothing! Use any title company but these guys!
