We bought our spa here, friendly, knowledgeable people.
WORST STAFF EVER!!!!!!
Do not buy from this chain. My plug and play hot tub was just delivered. The cover is ripped. There are no instructions to set it up. The cord is inside a panel that has no hole for it to come out. I was not told any of this by the salesman. I have to drill a hole in the side of my brand new purchase. I have to disconnect the cord and then reconnect it. I regret this purchase bitterly.
