Fine, it can be hit and miss between there and the warehouse....much much better lately
Very disappointed in this company I have spent alot of money. From pools, hot tub, outdoor furniture, a huge christmas tree, and many more toys. Last summer I bought a heat pump. The original manager and assistant manager no longer are at this location. And had tons of knowledge. And helped with any questions I had. Well with the 3000 heat pump I kept calling the manager about some issues and also questions on this pump. With her no knowledge to help. The most honest pool store in the area they test your water give you detailed instructions and most importantly they don't try to sell you chemicals you don't need I'd give them 10 stars if I could !
I purchased a white knight pool heater one year ago. And it broke. After one summer. Warranty is up. One year. Its 1900 to fix. Cost me 2900. Nobody can help. Do not waste your money on pool heaters from here. When I reported to store they just said do not return here and call the 800 number. Wasted 3000 bucks.
