I am happy with the surgery performed by Dr. Bernacki. He is kind and seems genuine. His medical assistant is also kind.
I would like to comment on the procedural and insurance issue I had. To be upfront, I am not disagreeing with the cost, but how things led to me having to pay a bill. I would recommend anyone who is under the assumption they are receiving a FREE consult ensure it is documented in writing and potentially even recorded (allowed by Ohio law).
