I'm a va patient, stuck with G&G medical, va sent order for daytime oxygen a week ago, they refuse to answer our calls, never call back, saying now that they never received the order, but hospital dr here in meeker, and the va dr's all say and have verified that yes, the order did go through, G&G medical is refusing to give my husband his oxygen. saying they never got it. I'm not at all satisfied with this company, due to extremely poor customer service. I've switched my Mother to another company simply because I've was spoken to very rudely by a so-call location Manager named Jeri. She was very unprofessional from the beginning of the experience. I realize that the business of providing oxygen to the customer is mundane to them, but to the customer/patient it is abnormal to patients whom have never had to experience this before. I ordered CPAP supplies from them and they charged me for additional parts that were not my size, claiming that it was a set that could not me broken up. I have been on a CPAP for twenty years and have companies that only provided and charged me for parts that I could use or needed.
I received my CPAP from All Care. The instruction that I received from the therapist on the set up, how to use it, and maintenance of the equipment was excellent. Ron J
This is the worst place to do business with....they never call you back, horrible customer service.....if I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!
Staff very helpful in dealing with insurance company problems and automatic refills of supplies is a real time saver.
Manager Jim is very rude! Poor,poor ,poor service! Promises not kept. Refuse to service areas where only 1 client is present! Oxygen is a lifeline to these clients. This company is endangering the live's of clients that need this service.also cannot keep employees due to poor management! I advise you to take your business elsewhere.
Been waiting for a wheel chair for 2 years now. As of this day 1-4-17 we still have not received one.
I tried to get them on the phone and finally did, and wanted to order some oxygen they said we will see when the guy will be in your area and call you back in the morning so far i have not heard a thing
