Dr. Berkum was very kind and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The one star has to do with the extremely rude lady at the front desk. Yelling at me because I couldn't find the exit to leave and accidentally tried opening the wrong door. Didn't catch her name but had blonde hair pulled up with glasses. My next appointment will be at another location.
I would not suggest this place to anyone. The dr is eager to leave the room and I have no confidence in him knowing what he is doing. I don’t think he is even a real Dr the things he was saying I could do with my fracture. I know for sure his suggestions would put me in harm and make my fracture worse!

Sabrina was having a good ol chat with someone for an over 10 min at the front desk while I waited. The woman (patient) was done and their conversation was 100% social like they were at Starbucks. Next time when a patient is hovering side to side to make you aware they are there maybe you should care enough to stop your talk short and care. She knew I was there and chose to have me stand there. I have a fracture so waiting was painful and I didn’t appreciate it.
