We gave them a 50% deposit in June 2021 for granite countertops. They stopped all communication after they cashed the check. The only way we got any information was by going to their store in Berea. Susan Knight and Steve Mason, the owner, have given us false information about installation dates for months. Their voice mail has been full for months and they ignore all email.
