Went for 1/2 leg (top half) & Brazilian wax. Told the lady to wax the top half twice! She grunted and continues to wax part of the lower leg. Only half Brazilian was done. Walked out disgusted at the fact I was charged $90 and I still have unwaxed areas along withthe most horrendous rash that's lasted for quite a few days and nit disappeared hours later like normal. Been here many times but unfortunately massive reaction & infection from last visit on Saturday. So bad time off work is now required as cannot use fingers.

I got my nails done but they did it with wrong colour which I didn’t wanted and when I complain and ask to change it she said no it’s very similar to the colour you wanted so I’m not gonna change now. Also that lady with glasses she was so rude and aggressive. Poor customer service.
