Apparently the reviews are tied to specific locations. The mulch making process is not tied to a specific location. Here is my experience... I have gotten mulch from Ohio Mulch in the past, and not had any more problems than mulch inherently has, but this year I was quite disappointed. I bought #1942 Absolute Black Fine Mulch at the beginning of June. I was immediately concerned upon opening the bags. I had one of their trucks pull out in front of me on 23, today. The employee driving flipped me off. Great look for a company.
