ordered top soil in May. what was delivered was not topsoil but some mix resembling mulch. I complained, they said it was good soil for growing grass. they lied. it's too much like mulch and doesn't he water and its too soft to cut grass as the lawnmower sinks into it. very disappointed in customer service. Will never buy there again nor recommend them.
I had one of their trucks pull out in front of me on 23, today. The employee driving flipped me off. Great look for a company.
sold us Moldy mulch, took it back and sold us more moldy mulch....argued but took it back but then put the bags back on the palette to sell to other people. STAY AWAY from OHIO MULCH
As is the case with other customers, they are happy to take your money, but are in no hurry to make a delivery and certainly have no problem misleading you. Placed an order on April 25 and asked for delivery on April 28. They called late that day to say "sorry we cannot deliver" on this date - even though their online purchasing system had no such warnings. Arranged for delivery on May 7. Called them the afternoon of May 7 to check to see if my delivery was coming today - said yes it is on the truck. I am now writing at 8:45... read more
