DO NOT ORDER MULCH FROM HERE. I placed my order on May 6th to be delivered today, the 14th. At 6:00 p.m. my mulch still had not been delivered so I called for an update. I was left on hold for almost 15 minutes and then was informed that my mulch should have been delivered today, but might come tomorrow instead. I’ve been going to them for years. Mulch quality is terrible and now they want to charge you $60 to dump. I’ll be taking my money to Kurtz where I can dump for free and have better quality mulch.
Get your mulch here, not one of those big stores. You'll get better stuff for much cheaper here.
You can't rely on getting delivery on the day you schedule. Even though Ohio Mulch sends emails reminding you mulch will be delivered on the day you set, you get no communication that your order won't actually be delivered that day. You just realize when the sun sets your delivery isn't happening. No apology for the missed delivery date. Eventually it shows up. So Ohio Mulch delivery dates are a farce. Ohio Mulch local stores get the orders and deliver whenever they can get to it. it's very misleading.
Their mulch and topsoil is high quality and at an affordable price.
