I ordered 50 bags of mulch. They only delivered 38. I called and was told "that's not my problem". You need to call another number. I called that number and was disconnected twice. The third time it went straight to voicemail. I was shorted 5 bags last year. I didn't bother complaining then. I had too much too do at that time. Now 12 bags short. Our company spends over 50k a year with Ohio Mulch, we drop yard waste and buy products all over town from their locations. Today the guy on the register decided to charge us a way higher amount than we have paid anywhere in the city. I told him thats absurd and told him to call the corporate. Nobody would pick up. We went to a diffirent location and paid our regular amount. Wasted time and money coming to this place and the staff here is clueless.

Wanted to praise the team at Ohio Mulch for the retail side looking organized and cleaned up! Picked up 10 bags of my favorite mulch and had help loading. Thanks!

This place has become an absolute joke. Had to call 6-7 times and the ordering department kept hanging up the phone. There is a woman there who is so rude and unhelpful, she wouldn’t even take my call to place an order for 120 bags and mulch and sent me to the website. Her own peers were embarrassed by her. Got passed around repeatedly and they struggled to take my order. As of today, my order is also officially late. I will never return here as a customer. Avoid this place.
