This place has become an absolute joke. Had to call 6-7 times and the ordering department kept hanging up the phone. There is a woman there who is so rude and unhelpful, she wouldn’t even take my call to place an order for 120 bags and mulch and sent me to the website. Her own peers were embarrassed by her. Got passed around repeatedly and they struggled to take my order. As of today, my order is also officially late. I will never return here as a customer. Avoid this place.

It’s honestly impressive how badly this place handled a simple, preventable situation. Their operator busted my tail light and then conveniently disappeared immediately afterward. Instead of taking accountability, management acted irritated that I even brought it up. The manager said he would “file an incident report,” but also made sure to tell me that upper management would most likely deny anything anyway — which basically tells you all you need to know about how this company handles responsibility. DO NOT ORDER MULCH FROM HERE. I placed my order on May 6th to be delivered today, the 14th. At 6:00 p.m. my mulch still had not been delivered so I called for an update. I was left on hold for almost 15 minutes and then was informed that my mulch should have been delivered today, but might come tomorrow instead. Then they wanted to quote the policy that in the contract the mulch could come 2-4 days late. However, policy only is quoted when it works in their favor. I’ve been going to them for years. Mulch quality is terrible and now they want to charge you $60 to dump. I’ll be taking my money to Kurtz where I can dump for free and have better quality mulch.
