We’ve used this company three times. The first two times were fine, but on the third, the delivery driver began to leave, smashed the gutter on the corner of our house, paused, then sped off without notifying us. We contacted to company (even the receptionist agreed the driver was in the wrong), sent over the photos as requested by the receptionist, and were told the Director of Sales, Ron, would call us back within 24 hours. 5 stars for Greg, the delivery driver that handled an issue with a delivery. The truck couldn't dump the load and he tried to move the product out of the truck by himself. When it became clear that that wasn't going to work, he arranged for a new load first thing the next day. The load was placed exactly where I wanted it. It's people like Greg that keep me coming back to Ohio Mulch.

If I could give negative stars I would. You do the work for them in the yard by dumping any yard waste and they still get an attitude. At $58 a trip no less.
