I called on August 4th 2025 and was hung up on by a very rude and unprofessional woman by the name of Camille. Not sure if that's spelled right but the pronunciation is : Ca -meal. I was on hold for approximately 20 minutes and was hung up on by the aforementioned at 11:48 a.m. Could a supervisor please check into this ?
This is wonderful for information. The wait is usually less than 10 minutes. I use this for my residents I work with all the time to verify benefits, renew and change MCP's. This is not for applying or anything else to do with the local Job center.
Terrible keeps you on hold forever when you get ahold of someone they transfer you to more elevator music. I'm only trying to RENEW. I have been on hold for over 1hr 30mins. Tax dollars WASTED
