I was at the boat ramp and my boat wouldn’t fire up, went to leave and noticed the shop on the road. Pulled in and despite being closed and Justin looked at my boat and was able to spot my silly mistake. I will be bringing by business here when looking for electronics, outboards, or any other boat supplies. Saved my fishing day with my dad.
Justin and his staff took "White Glove" care. Not only did he ensure my old boat made it from Canal Winchester to the storage, but I was able to buy a new boat from him as well. Then he actually took it to my dock, and gave me a personal lesson on all of the things I'd need to know. His team ensured I had the safety list of items, ordered things I was missing, and followed up to find out how the season was going. What an amazing group of people. Highly recommend this company. Took my boat there for winterization last year. They also shrink wrapped the boat. Got the boat out of storage in the spring time. The shrink wrap did its job. Starting out this year had some minor issue with the boat not running right. Was nothing that this company did, Danielle over the phone and Justin, were quick to return all messages and phone calls. Turns out I had a ground wire to my fuel pump that I somehow disconnected. Took my boat out after the fix, she ran perfect!
I had a pairing issue with my new Minn Kota trolling motor and needed quick service do to an upcoming fishing trip. I was in and out in less than an hour. GREAT Customer Service.
