Justin scheduled my at-the-dock winterization of my Suzuki outboard motor within days of my call. He got my boat ready for winter, covered, and set out my battery so I could keep it in the house for next season. He was very communicative, throughout the scheduling process, including giving me a heads up when he hit an unexpected delay.
How I started using Ohio Marine........ I own Hoosier Performance Boat Rescue, West of Cincinnati. I got introduced to Justin and his crew working on a suzuki powered pontoon. They offered exceptional turn around time for the warranty repair portion of the job. The timeliness was extremely tight as the owner had a cabin reserved months prior and couldn't get a refund. I was told about Justin, and to use him if I ever needed any work done. Few weeks later I found myself dead in the water. Towed it to his shop, dropped it off, told him no rush, also expecting to literally Bust Out Another Thousand. He had the problem fixed, and seaworthy in 24 hours at more than half my expected cost. He’s the only one I’ll use from now on.
Complete disregard for customer service. First claimed the boat needed repair and dropped off and he did not look at for over 2 months. Then has an issue with the boat in the water. Said he would come and look at on a Monday and never showe up. Do not trust Justin
These guys are super. Helped me diagnose my boat over the phone. Every time they winterize my boat, they are done in less than a day. I highly recommend Ohio marine and rv!
