Have worked here since 11-7-2014 and LOVE IT have never worked anywhere more pleasant. Love my job, my management, co-workers, and my residents. They mean the world to me.
Friendly atmosphere, caring staff. Great place for rehab!
My husband Larry has been in and out of Cape May for rehab off and on for several years and he loved the staff and the excellent care he got! We never had one bad experience, the nurses, aids and staff are the best.
I've really enjoyed meeting the staff that work at Cape May. They care about their day to day work, and the residents they work for even more.
Service is good, and people are friendly and helpful.
The staff here calls other businesses from the company phone and when things don't go their way will cuss you out and then prank call you from the company phone. I tried to file a complaint with manager Brad but he was not in his office. So I guess putting your staff publicly on blast might get that call back I am awaiting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! would not have given 1 star but had to give at least 1 for the review
My aunt resides at Cape May, and she loves it. Started in a villa, but after an accident restricted her mobility, she transferred to an inside apartment. Should the need ever arise, she can transition into full nursing or Alzheimer's care. Place is clean, bright, well-appointed with cheerful and helpful staff. Plenty of activities for the residents. The common dining room serves a good variety of tasty food. A well run organization. Only wish I could afford such a place in my later years.
