We went from mortified to delighted in the blink of an eye! My mom's pcp scheduled an appointment for a kidney consult but when we arrived to the Canal Winchester location the building was labeled DaVinci Dialysis. Eeeek! Instant panic. My mom's not on dialysis. My mom didn't want to exit the vehicle and I too was in a panic. We walked in and sat down. I was called to the window and met with a smile! The staff and the doctors here are some of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. They take the time to really talk to you and explain things very well. You can tell they actually care, which is something that is hard to find these days!
